Monkey Forest (V): From "Core" to "Sun"
Octavian was the Monkey King, but only for fighting other monkeys. When it comes to leading people to fight for territory with human's saws, the traditional role of "monkey king" is far from enough. The "Octavian Core" thing thus became, but monkeys generally don't like the abstract word "core," they prefer to say "Sun Octavian" or "Octavian sun." It even ended up being a spontaneous greeting：The first monkey says hello to the other monkey this way: “Octavian sun！”And the other one answers： “Sun Octavian!” Then they smiled at each other, just as they used to ask each other "Did you eat?" Or "Hello!" the same.
Octavian did not object to this. Because he was as tolerant and benevolent as the sun, he did not care about words, he understood that the monkey people meant the same thing as he did, and that was enough.
