开发环境：python3.6 /splinter/Chrome驱动
tips：splinter是python的一个类库，可以通过pip来安装。这里主要记录Chrome驱动的问题
首先查看你的Chrome浏览器的版本号
chromedriver版本支持的---Chrome版本

下载对应的驱动然后解压把它放在python的安装目录下（与python.exe同一目录）
然后就是可以写代码了
