解决方法：
找到nrm所在目录，一般是c盘用户文件夹下：C:\Users\用户名\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules\nrm
打开cli.js

找到下面这一行代码注释掉
const NRMRC = path.join(process.env.HOME, '.nrmrc');
替换为下面的新代码
const NRMRC = path.join(process.env[(process.platform == 'win32') ? 'USERPROFILE' : 'HOME'], '.nrmrc');

再次使用就正常了
