感想

看这一章的时候我总是会想起哲学的三个问题:我是谁?我从哪里来?我要到哪里去?这一章作者就在引导和帮助我们思考第一个问题,以及找到这个问题答案的作用。

甲之砒霜,乙之蜜糖。比如最近大热的电影《无问西东》,有的人看完说无聊到睡着,有的人却感慨到流泪。那为什么同样的东西大家的喜好会如此不同?其实本质就是价值观的不同。

再回看自己的内心,我们把什么视为最重要?金钱,地位还是家庭、朋友?很多时候我们内心忧愁本质是价值观除了问题,如果不从本质去剖析解决而只是解决表面问题。还是会有相同类型的问题发生。
