Through reading, I felt it's not an ashamed thing to show our weak points publicly and also pointing out our suggestions to bosses may not lead to lose our breads. If we meet a kind team or act as a general colleague, we will bring those who are suffering terribleness warmth. Expressing truth is a way which can be recieved by more people.
