最近在做bulk rnaseq的细胞组分解析，想多尝试几种方法，别人推荐了这个集大成的R包，要在github下载，中间有几个坑，备忘一下方法。
github安装
>library(remotes)
>install_github('icbi-lab/immunedeconv')
失败告终.......
搜索了一下，作一些更改
>Sys.setlocale(category = "LC_ALL", locale = "us")
>install_github('icbi-lab/immunedeconv', host = "api.github.com")
成功下载！不过中间还出了幺蛾子，选了只更新CRAN的包。成功安装。
