同一篇素材,四名老师一起上导入课。时间10-15分钟,每节课约用半个班的学生。我们可以看到四个老师不同的切入点和亮点。
第一节:
恒大易娟娟老师:以视频“知音号”导入片中职业,讲述他们的职业特点,夜间工作辛苦,导入相关词汇work at night, don't see friends very often。
情感渗透No job is perfect! We should learn to balance our life and work. To do a good job, one must first sharpen his tools.
第二节:
二中陈玲老师:Lead in: In this class, I am your English teacher. So what's my job? ---(a teacher)
Do you think the teacher's job is fun? What do the teachers do every day?
I think the teacher's job is most fun. Because I am doing what I like.
So which job is the most fun? (ask individuals to answer)
Pair work: talk about the jobs(giving information: I think / In my opinion等,显示学生可能需要的表达stressful 等)
Before reading,show picture 1. What is Alex's job? (导入新词guitarist) Do you think his neighbor's like his job?
picture 2. What is his job? What can he fix?(导入carpenter和furniture)
第三节:
三中罗佩老师:介绍职业的视频导入,How many jobs are mentioned in this video? What are they?
Is it good to be a teacher? Do you want to be a teacher when you grow up?显示图片,描述教师的生活(工作时间长,晚,课多,作业批改量大等),导入词汇stressful等。I feel so stressful.描述bad things and good things of being a teacher.
Discussion: work in groups. List the good things and bad things of being a student. Fill in the blanks. Then report.
第四节:
金中郑念老师:
Game: If I 'm right, please stand up and say" Yes".
导入词汇: equipment(显示一些课堂用具组图)--- These are the equipment I need.
显示一组fireman 需要的equipment,让学生猜职业。播放相关声音,同样的方式导入carpenter
Game: Act and Guess 分发职业卡片,学生表演,大家猜。先小组活动,再展示。
图片展示stressful(压力山大)
Discuss: I think being a doctor is stressful,because_____ But it's also meaningful because _____

同一主题的导入,切入点各不相同
听课原则:
一、看学生的反应,思维动起来了没有(判断标准:有没有用自己的语言表达自己的思想)
1.给时间空间让他们表达思想,给出词汇。有感兴趣的活动:家人中有趣的职业,谈谈。某个感兴趣的职业。
2.留白:让学生有机会表达自己的思想,提问时关注。提问的艺术(答案不是唯一的)
3. 问自己:我的活动是否启发学生的思维。
二、学生学到什么没有
1.给学生提供灵活(多种不同)的语言表达,表达观点时,可以用I think, in my opinion 等。如果学生的表达单一,是因为老师教得单一。如果学生能立即回答,则都会。课堂上我们教了会的,未教他们不会的(如表达观点不再用单一的I think)。老师有时是怕他们不会,而不教。
2.语言表达中,可以用汉语简单交代语境,若谈天气,学生的对话可以是先简单介绍背景,设置足够丰富真实的语境(与生活真实相关),语言交流中需真实。(课堂用语:英语as much as possible 中文if necessary)
3.板书学生在表达时不会说的表达,学生不会说,正是他学习的过程,不要怕他不会说。
赵老师建议:
1.当我们要改变自己,不要贪多,要发生变化,需要思考更多,观察更多。
如:十月份,坚持每天导入,导入的形式变化多样,每天都不一样。第二个月,专门研究“教材处理”,把本单元从第一页到最后一页从头到尾看一遍。第三个月,设计活动,关注情景是否真实(生活中是否会发生),语言的功能是否得以体现(是否用到语言)
2.把对学生的要求,变成一个个环节,一个阶段集中处理一个问题。
3.想要改变课堂,关注细节。
