Is English widely used in the world?

领导(Leadership) vs 管理(Management)
领导是第一次的创造，必须先于管理。管理是第二次的创造。领导与管理就好比思想与行为。
领导关注高层，思考的是“我想成就的是什么事业”；管理关注基层，思考的是怎样才能有效地把事情做好。“管理是正确地做事，领导则是做正确的事。”管理是有效地顺着成功的梯子往上爬，领导则判断这个梯子是否搭在正确的墙上。
想象一下，一群工人在丛林里清除矮灌木。他们是生产者，解决的是实际问题。管理者在他们后面拟定政策，引进技术，确定工作进程和补贴计划。领导者则爬上最高那棵树，巡视全貌，然后大声嚷道：“不是这块丛林，”而忙碌的生产者和管理者会怎么回答呢?
“别嚷啦”。
