Hi there! Well here comes our first and foremost challenge of the year and also the first for the blog.Wow!,and now I am so excited and confidently wanted to introduce you guys the 21 days Wake Up Challenge.
Oh wait , I just found out I still haven't yet introduce you guys about my own concept of challenge. Challenge concept will be an important part of my personal development progress as I create a final goal and a specific plans and work toward it for a given period. As I just started this blog as well as this voyage of personal development , I decide to not rush myself too much (because I doubt that I have not recover from the depression of Dropping out from Fudan .Ya, still feeling sad :( ). However， I do not restrict myself to cover and work on two challenges at a same time in the future when I feel that I am ready both mentally and physically.
So what is it about this21 days Wake Up Challenge ?Well , it is just a fair particular challenge that I challenge myself to wake up on6.30amfor21 days in a roll.However , since this is my first challenge , I shall just loosen up the requirements to complete this challenge to18/21 days to pronounce it as a success.
The reasons to start this challenge is because I felt that time is essential to strike in life , as a morning person can be easier to manage their time , and of course won't rush for the early 8am class (lolz). Additionally , I do felt that this challenge might be a fairly easy one as this do not contain much technical work .Conceptually it is just going to bed and leaving bed at the right time(but still ,it seems a bit challenging too for me even I write like this). Some of my friends are naturally early birds , but I am sure not for me and few other friends .The night cats have enjoyed night life and daytime's dreams on bed for numerous years . So, this will be great improvement if I succeed to make it as an addition in my rules of life hehe.
The challenge started at 7/1/2017 and it is the third day by the date written this article .I will summaries the conditions and progress for this three days as below.
1st day (7/1/2017)-succeed
A cheat as I took a midnight airplane from Shanghai to Malaysia depart on 1am. The plane arrived at 7am and I did manage to wake up when the airplane forced down.
2nd day(8/1/2017)-succeed
I planned to sleep about 10.30 am & end up crying and quarreling with my parents till 12.30am.Still I set my alarm at 6.30am and manage to wake up.
3rd day(9/1/2017)-???
This is the day this passage is written.
Till now the challenge is going smooth and I confidently hope I can manage a 21/21 completeness for this challenge.I will be starting Uni this Friday, so before that ,I will updating this blog more often( might be on a daily basis , I suppose ). Hope to see you guys on the next article.Peace out!!
