西红柿豆腐汤

做法儿：将豆腐和西红柿洗干净，切小块； 锅置火上5分钟，倒油烧热，倒入豆腐，西红柿翻炒，加适量水煮5分钟，用盐调味， 撒上葱花，即可

清蒸基围虾 

清炖排骨：肉要少

白菜炒肉片：肉片烧，白菜多，少油

苦瓜炒肉片

秋葵，冬瓜，南瓜，可炒，可做汤吃

五彩滨纷： 胡萝卜、木耳、小西葫芦炒到七分熟 加入少量食盐，加盐后会出一点汤，赶紧放入提前炒好的鸡蛋，即增加了鲜味儿，又把少量汤吸收了

日常喝的

• 青钱柳金花茶，白开水

能吃的水果

圣女果、桂圆、金桔、火龙果，柚子，适当食用，不能多吃

吃一点瘦肉，小碗饭； 最主要：少吃多餐
