  wget https://github.com/protocolbuffers/protobuf/releases/download/v3.19.6/protobuf-cpp-3.19.6.zip
  ./autogen.sh 
  ./configure    # 可以添加参数 指定安装位置，一般默认位置安装 --prefix=/usr/local/protobuf
  make -j8
  make install
