【T-1.IV.1】

1. 若要挣脱黑暗的势力，需经两个阶段：一是认清黑暗隐藏不了任何东西。2 这一步通常会激起人的恐惧。3 二是认清即使能够隐藏，你也无意隐瞒任何事情。4 第二步则会帮你挣脱恐惧的束缚。5 当你真的不愿隐藏任何事，表示你不只愿意接受合一之境，而且开始了解平安与喜悦的真谛了。

The escape from darkness involves two stages: First, the recognition that darkness cannot hide. 2 This step usually entails fear. 3 Second, the recognition that there is nothing you want to hide even if you could. 4 This step brings escape from fear. 5 When you have become willing to hide nothing, you will not only be willing to enter into communion but will also understand peace and joy.
