Yanbin and I went for a walk to a hill nearby. We wanted to try a different route, so we chose a side trail. It was much more interesting than the "everyone" route. However, we found it got steeper and much stepper as we got further. Gradually, the trail became buried in dry grass and led to somewhere unknown.
If we were bold enough, we would probably go on, but I think we made a good choice to stop and come back. We didn't wear the right shoes or have good proctections from the spiky plants on the roadside, we totally didn't expect it to be so steep and didn't want to risk our lives.
It was an interesting walk though. We noticed that someone must have stayed on this trail overnight, since there were some abandoned paper, drink cups, etc. Wow, this person must be bold enough ;)
