Abs or bust - Work out with Ming - see your six-pack in two weeks

Any diet? Still rely on will power to loss weight? Sufferring from withdrawal everyday and feeling like quitting? Eat everything you can reach when you crave for chocolate and finally crash? Got so frustrated when waistline disappeared, or even never been there. You don't have to be tough on food, aerobics, and lifting weights. Make peace with what you like and just follow Ming's revolutionary program, see your six-pack in two weeks and live healthy for a life time.  

First thing first, we need to know what in fact makes us overweight, fat or carb, or other? All inaccurate! Fat, carb are all good for our body, and we need them. No-carb or no-fat diet, or low on them, has proved to be effective by experts with evidence. It works but you cannot be on such a diet for a lifetime, your body and brain need the carbs and fat, and you crave for that. So most likely you quit, on diet again, quit again.

Unlike the old school experts, i won't tell you what to eat and what to do, I will show you. See my food plan and training program, forget the excuse, and boast your six-pack in just two weeks. You can even eat right before sleep and still loss weight.

Day one - Oct.18.2016 (on business trip in Tianjin)

Not started yet, just show you what I look like, any pack?  find it I'll give you a free world cruise. Also, I'm on a busy business trip, with pressure, no time to excercise, a very commen excuse for most of you. Always trying to eat more for a better feeling, only chocolate can heal the sick and pain. Let's get going!

Day two - Tianjin, still on trip

Three meals a day, 2000 canaries, nothing special, mainly seafood (Tanggu specialty), and greens, even some white (refined flour). One hour work out, arms and sit-ups. Feeling tired on feet and legs, only 4 minutes Tabata (yesterday 120 burpees).

Tips: stronger upper body, arms and chest, makes your waistline even clearer.

Day three (Oct.20) - Tianjin, the last day of the 12-day business trip since Oct.9

Got up at 5 am for work, quick and simple breakfast, 700 calories, 200 more than normal. Two boiled eggs, 200 gram ham, one toast, 100 gram Taiwan cookie (baked square cookie, or whatever the name), no greens but high protein and carbs.

Tips: Taiwan square cookie is only 150 calories / 1.8 gram added sugar per 100 gram, a good alternative for high calary sweet snacks when craving for sugar but do not let it trigger your beta-endorphins by using your will power (most likely you'll have to work and no time for more eating).



Day four (Oct.21) - back home



Day five (Oct.22)  - trip to Shanghai again



Day six (Oct.23) - Shanghai, business trip


Day seven (Oct.24) - Back to Beijing
