首先贴上我的 4.3 的内容，根据在网上搜索信息
4.3 存在两种情况：
- 代码重复
- 内容重复（UI 设计）
目前我的情况是第二种，但我也做了垃圾代码处理，就是添加了一堆无用的代码。
首先我的情况是，自定义了一套 UI 库，我的两个 App（幸运者和简易待办）都用了这套 UI 库。苹果任务我的 App 内容重叠，给了简易待办 4.3，陆陆续续大概持续了一个月的时间，苹果才通过。
首先，接到了 4.3 后，把所有的图标换了一遍，然后又换了颜色，然后又调整了 tab 的位置...
我发起了审核申诉，在接到苹果的电话，聊了很久，我已经完全看不到两个 App 的相似点，她非说你的设计的问题，都是背景是白色的，文字是黑色的，一个是两个 Tab，一个是四个 Tab？？？？心里一万个草泥马在奔腾啊，文字用黑的也算重复？？背景不能用白的？？Tab 数量都不相同，你在说啥？？？最后给出的结论就是，你要大改，改哪里她不知道，反正整体都要改。
接下来就到最后了，我把背景色改成了很夸张的一个渐变，把 TabBar 移除了，加了一堆图标在 Item 上，就过了。
最后要声明一下：如果你是马甲包，我这次的经历可能对你的帮助就不是很大，但如果是正常的开发遇到了这种情况，最后还是会给过的，而且苹果每次的审核时间也没有延长，大概一天内都会审核，我这个版本陆续审核了 20 多次，都是一天就被打回来修改了。

When creating multiple apps where content is the only varying element, you should offer a single app to deliver differing content to customers. If you would like to offer this content for purchase, it would be appropriate to use the in-app purchase API.
Alternatively, you may consider creating a web app, which looks and behaves similar to a native app when the customer adds it to their Home screen. Refer to the Configuring Web Applications section of the Safari Web Content Guide for more information.
