从网上下载的demo使用cocoa pods构建工程可能会出现一下错误：
diff: /../Podfile.lock: No such file or directory
diff: /Manifest.lock: No such file or directory error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock.
Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.
解决方法：
首先关闭xcode， 然后pod install。
如果不行就先删除xxx.xcworkspace 、Podfile.lock和、Pods文件夹 以及~/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData路径下对应工程的文件夹
然后打开终端cd XXX（XXX是你的工程文件夹路径），然后 pod install
