从2018年6月1日开始持续跑步,到现在跑步3999.71 公里。
当时keep跑步最高等级10级5000公里,我觉得像天文数字,但是我的目标还是定了它。现在看来也快完成了。
目标很重要,确定目标后,即便慢一点又何妨,终究是要完成的。
当然,跑步对我来说不仅仅是完成目标了,它已经成为我生活中的一部分。
在运动中快乐,在快乐中生活!
I've been running since June 1, 2018, and I've clocked 3,999.71 kilometers so far.
Back then, reaching the highest level of 10 on the KEEP app, which is 5,000 kilometers, seemed like a huge number. But I set that as my goal anyway. Now, it looks like I'm almost there.
Goals are crucial. Once you set one, it doesn't matter if you take your time; you'll get there eventually.
Running isn't just about hitting targets for me anymore; it's become a part of my life.
I find joy in the exercise and live happily through it.
