After innumerable restless nights, tossing and turning, I have prepared with my team for a long time. Here I’d like to sincerely announce this news, I am going to run for the Program Quality Director in this upcoming election.

2015年7月1日，三年前的建党节，我加入了Toastmasters。在这个以锻炼沟通力和领导力的平台里，初入头马的我只有一个初衷：成为更好的自己！
It was three years ago, on July 1st2015, CPC Founding Festival, I joined Toastmasters International. In this platform where develops communication and leadership, I have set one and only one goal: To Be a Better Man!
作为处女座，凡事尽善尽美，目标清晰。所以在头马前进的路上，我不曾有过踌躇: 曾经，半年内完成CC & CL；曾经，我是最年轻的小区总监；曾经，我负责过85大区的新会员培训及培训培训师项目；曾经，我辅导过选手成功闯入大区决赛，最终夺冠。
As a Virgo, I pursue to make things perfect, I stay focus on the mission. Therefore, on my Toastmasters path, I didn’t hesitate for a moment. Along this path, I had finished CC & CL in half year; along this path, I was elected to be the youngest Area Director; Along this path, I successfully organized District 85 New Member Orientation and Train The Trainer program; Along this path, I had tutored contestants and helped them to enter the finals, and eventually nailed the speech champion.
当我选定领导力的练习之路，坚持不懈，突破自我便成为我的信条。一次又一次走出舒适圈，去发现不一样的自己!
Persistence and self-breakthrough composed my creed since I determined my path on leadership. I continually stepped out of my comfort zone to challenge myself and To Be a Different Man!
曾记得任职俱乐部主席期间，有会员说：因为你，我看到了付出与分享的态度，我要去竞选下一届官员！像你一样服务更多人！
I still remember, during my term of presidency, one member came to me: Because of you, I see the attitude of devotion and sharing, which inspires me to run for the officer role. I wish to serve more members just as you do.
也曾记得负责大区教育项目期间，团队成员说：谢谢你给我不一样的平台，让我知道运营好一个项目背后的付出和所投入的心血。
I still remember, during the time I was in charge of the district education program, my team member came to me: Thank you for the distinguished stage you provide to me, you advance my knowledge about the effort and dedication needed behind a successful program.
正是这样一个又一个的瞬间，让我明白全情投入的力量，每一次的付出与倾听不只是自己的选择，更是成就他人，助力会员成长的过程。这些瞬间让我更加肯定自己的道路，我要竞选大区项目质量总监，为更多会员服务，助力头马成长！
With such moments one after another, made me realized the power of full commitments. With every single effort been made and every words been taken, they are more of enjoying accomplishments and developments of others; greater than a choice I make. All these moments made me more affirm my own path: I would like to run for District Program Quality Director, To Serve More Members and Help Toastmasters Grow!

Outstanding, Optimistic, Open-minded, 是我担任中区长时赋予O中区的成长口号。很欣慰，这一年里，我看到了小伙伴们的成长与蜕变；很幸运，这一路上，我与你们在一起成长。
Outstanding, Optimistic, Open-minded, are the slogans I endowed for Division O during my term. I’m very glad to see tremendous growth and transformation have taken place among the team in this one year. And how lucky am I to have you all growing together with me along this path.
过去的这一年，我努力与团队及小区长为中区俱乐部创造有爱的共同成长环境！举行了VPPR线下论坛，邀请了85大区的资深PR们来做经验交流；接连举行了主席/SAA/VPM/VPE在线论坛，平均收听率达300人次，且邀请到姐妹中区及88大区的资深官员们的倾囊相助。
In the past year, I strive to create a friendly rearing environment with my council team and Area Directors in Division O! We have held offline VPPR forum and invited senior PRs to share their experience with us. We organized President/SAA/VPM/VPE online forum with great honor of having seasoned officers from sisters Division and District 88 to support these activities. There are 300 audience participated each forum on average.
作为LEAD项目负责人，LEAD the leaders to plan ahead, go ahead and inspire others，是我给LEAD项目设立的使命。在团队互相协作与配合下，我们成功举行了4场线下和5场线上会议，在这里，我们创造有料的互相影响环境！联动85大区合计超过25位大区官员参加LEAD项目，明星项目：New Club Demo Meeting, CC Camp, From Speaker To Trainer, New Member Orientation, Pre-president等。因为LEAD，不仅52%的小伙伴完成HPL手册，更有不计其数的各区会员受到辐射，了解头马，并在头马的平台上成长。头马的教育体系因为这些项目而得以传播，从而循环影响更多的人加入头马，在头马学习和进步。
I was in charge of LEAD program.LEAD the leaders to plan ahead, go ahead and inspire others, is the mission I understand and choose to comply. Here we created a conductive mutual influencing environment! 4 offline meetings and 5 online meetings were well organized by close collaboration of teamwork. We work closely with over 25 District leaders from District 85 to participate LEAD events; the top programs including: New Club Demo Meeting, CC Camp, From Speaker To Trainer, New Member Orientation, Pre-president etc… Because of LEAD, not only 52% of members have accomplished HPL manual, but also more members coming from different areas have inspired to know about Toastmasters and witnessed their growth in Toastmasters. These programs definitely propagate and carry out the Toastmasters education system, which created the circulation of influence to motivate more people to join Toastmasters, study in Toastmasters and advance themselves in Toastmasters.

三年前，我的师傅曾问我，“你在头马3-5年的计划是什么？”
Three years ago, my mentor asked me, “What’s your 3-5 year plan in Toastmasters?”
三年后，这就是我的决定。
Three years later, this is my decision.
我愿意全情投入头马，全力以赴保证每一次大区教育项目的高质量、精专业；用心服务每一位大区官员及俱乐部。
I’m willing to devote my whole heart to Toastmasters, to go all out to ensure the high-quality and professionalism of each district-level education program, as well as to serve every AD and club with all my sincerity.
