“现在从大厂出来的年轻人工资要得太高了!”

2021年12月下旬的一天下午,公司中层袁立微笑着送走面试的年轻人后,忍不住向同事发出了这样一句感叹。

按照袁立的评价,这位年轻人“简历很是光鲜”,硕士毕业,学校也很不错,实际工作经验虽不到两年,却已经在行业内几个老牌企业试过水,又在快手待了半年多。但当听到对方开出的薪资时,袁立却不禁倒吸了一口气,“这也太高了”。

对方在快手的薪资2万+,16薪,这次应聘的期望是在此基础上再涨一些比例。但显然,这并不是大厂之外的绝大多数普通公司所能承接的。

这样的情况也并非个例。从“双减”引发的在线教育裁员潮,到反垄断下互联网巨头陆续裁员,已经有不少网友发出诸如“大厂难进,去小公司心里又有落差”、“每天都在看工作,但福利、薪资都不太尽如人意”、“薪资福利达不到之前的水平”等感叹。

方黎至今仍然记得2020年7月入职字节跳动第一天时的场景。

互联网行业已经成为了年轻人求职的首选。据58同城发布的《2021年高校毕业生就业报告》显示,大学生在就业行业选择上,IT、电子、通信、互联网行业求职热度不减,不出意外地成为最受毕业生欢迎的行业,占比达到高达19%。

而长期以来数不尽的复盘、开会等“无效加班”也让他觉得厌倦与枯燥,再加上随着2020年下半年字节商业化大调整,顾盼所在的部门业务范围发生了较大变化,薪资大幅下滑,他最终裸辞离开了字节。

小满同样在字节的加班文化上感受到了现实与理想之间深深的落差感。据她回忆,自己所在的部门是弹性工作制,且没有加班费,部门规定下班时间为晚上10点,但自己实际上常常工作到晚上11点,最晚一次甚至凌晨3点才下班。那天,小满从公司出来一路哭着到了家,“精神恍惚,担心自己随时会倒下,却不敢告诉家里”。

无独有偶,在各类社交平台上,不乏对互联网大厂们高强度工作压力的吐槽和抱怨。

一位在阿里、网易两家大厂都待过的博主就曾分享称,自己毕业后毅然放弃欧莱雅管培的offer,闯进互联网,两年多时间内年薪涨到了30万+,但身体和心理却慢慢疲惫不安。在阿里时,“一口气到凌晨是家常便饭,领导拍脑门定的超高KPI加上PUA,以至于自己长期都在超负荷运转”,很快就开始不停生病,精神也十分抑郁,后来跳到另一个大厂依旧没有过多缓和。

而同样让这位博主不再“迷信”大厂的,还有自己的“可替代性太强”。互联网注重效率,追求快,却也意味着员工在大厂标准化的工作流程下,更像是一颗颗简单的螺丝钉,不停重复着一样的工作,却感觉不到自我的提升。

大厂的高薪本身也是一个很有欺骗性的概念。因为即便在同一家公司,不同岗位的薪资也相差甚远。比如2021年校招,各互联网大厂在算法、产品等岗位开出的年薪都是20万元起,部分表现优异的校招生,甚至能拿到更多。但地方城市的运营、审核岗位普遍在五六千上下。

这背后有互联网流量见顶的原因,同时也与强监管的到来不无相关。在过去的多年间,广告和电商为互联网大厂们提供了一个通过流量变现“挣快钱”的完美模板,但2021年以来,教育和游戏领域纷纷迎来强监管,各大互联网大厂的相关广告业务也随之受到冲击。
