——004 well ，as we all know,China just has a very large population which of course makes so many people everywhere including the restaurants and also much noises during  the time when eating

So ,how can sometimes only one or two waiters/waitresses keep an eye on every diner?

In case that some "escapers" leave with forgetting to pay ,I guess ,some restaurants choose to do so

It seems reasonable , but not pleasing , and  we don't like it ,either!
