解决Windows版Git(SourceTree)出现templates not found的问题

解决方案： 在WIn7系统，Git的配置文件位于C:\Users<登录用户名>.gitconfig。使用文本编辑工具打开并加入如下几行：

email = ceek@vip.qq.com
[init]
templatedir=C:/Users/Administrator/AppData/Local/Atlassian/SourceTree/git_local/mingw32/share/git-core/templates
保存并重启SourceTree，问题解决。一般登陆过之后[user]
name = DR/Administrator
email = ceek@vip.qq.com
这一段是存在的。只需要加后面的一段即可。

Connection is read-only. Queries leading to data modification are not allowed

解决方案：在出现问题的方法上的事务中将readOnly=true这个事务删掉。

Position beyond number of declared ordinal parameters. Remember that ordinal parameters are 1-based!

解决方案：Hibernate参数问题。检查参数即可。我的错误原因是参数本来是个Map我写了个String类型的参数进去。
