After breakfast, I listened to a morning class by Dora . She taught students a new song Change My Life. The lyrics are very good and inspirational . The melodies are so active and rhythmic. It’s so easy for students to learn that they can even dance to the music!

He didn’t know why, for instance, but when he flew at altitudes less than half his wingspan above the water, he could stay in the air longer, with less effort.His glides ended not with the usual feet-down splash into the sea, but with along flat wake as he touched the surface with his feet tightly streamlined against his body. When he began sliding in to feet-up landings on the beach,then pacing the length of his slide in the sand, his parents were very much dismayed indeed.

At noon, I treated two friends to dinner . We went to a restaurant that is famous for its pig's feet.
We also ate some dishes .
After lunch, we went to Mary Kay's Beauty salon for skin care . It was the first time for my friend Wang Huan to do such a facial mask. She really learnt a lot about skin care. Today was my third time. I go there every three days, which will last a month! I really enjoy the process of my skin care. I will walk there and keep up the great work since it's good for my health and beauty.

Today I just finish two thirds of the book. Tomorrow I'll try to finish it all.
In the afternoon, we had to hurry to school for a research class. Albee presented a grammar class this afternoon and then we discussed about it. Two teachers who came from Datang School showed us a lot how to manage a class and instruct students.
