在swift中，需要使用class修饰词。原因：浅拷贝

思路：

创建一个浅拷贝模型，OC中可以直接创建，在模型中自己创建一个布尔类型的值判断是否点击了cell。然后在didSelectRow中去赋值模型，然后刷新。通过模型控制界面，这样可以避免复用的bug
