Since the Strauss storm, the monkey forest is almost united thinking: the whole monkey group must immediately act, unite, unify, and fully implement the eight "Octavian Reform" countermeasures.

On the face of it, neither Octavian's wealth nor his enjoyment changed. But that's just the surface. If any monkey is willing to look beyond the surface, the changes are dramatic: whereas previously the trees were "private property" for Octavian's personal use and possession, they are now "public property" for the monkey leaders to work around the clock, but not personally owned. It's a world of difference. There is no monkey but a bad monkey with ulterior motives, and a stupid monkey with really low intelligence, and no monkey can fail to see the difference.
Although Octavian is the strongest male monkey in the whole monkey group, he is the leader, and his main responsibility is to make decisions about all the big and small matters in the monkey group. It would be a waste of the talents of Octavian if he were to be lived on the edge. That's not economical.
Octavian ordered the Preaching Team to go from house to house and check the trees to register all the male "strong monkeys" aged 6 to 18.
In a few days, nearly 500 strong monkeys were all in place. Octavian ordered them to form groups of five monkeys, and each group was responsible for the three trees next to each other in the outermost circle. Each of them sent a team leader and four team members to take turns to ensure that each tree was on duty day and night. If any shift makes a mistake during duty, the whole group will be deducted from the fruit they deserve on that day, and the "daily fruit" of that day will be doubled. If they do not pay, it will be on their families.
There is no doubt that the strong monkey's old parents, wife, children, grandchildren, .…these families were placed in the inner circle. Because they are old or weak or sick or pregnant. Either the lack of fighting capacity, or bear the hope of population reproduction. In the words of Octavian, "the little green fruits of the monkeys".
Unlike the "Return of the Tree to the Whole Monkey Group," although there are a few scattered monkeys who secretly complain about the separation of blood and flesh, the mainstream of the monkey group is the enthusiastic support of "Octavian's reform." The policy of "strong monkeys living in the border" was fully implemented in a vigorous and effective manner in a few days.
