When You Have No Prayer 当你不知道怎么祷告时

Maybe you are at a point where you are so worn down by discouragement you have no strength left to even pray.Maybe like Elijah, you find yourself having no energy to live, and you just want to sleep.Maybe you just feel numb, empty, void of any capacity to feel or do anything.My friend, the Lord doesn't need you to do anything.He loves you so much,He has done it all for you.He doesn't need you to compose pretty prayers or to turn up in your“Sunday best”before He helps you.Let me show you something about God:

也许此时的你已经被挫折搞得筋疲力尽，连祷告的力气也没有了。也许你像以利亚一样，发现自己没有力气再活下去，你只想睡觉。也许你感觉到麻木，空虚，没有能力去感受或去做任何事。我的朋友，上帝不需要你做任何事。他非常爱你，他已经为你做成了一切。他不需要你去写优美的祈祷词，也不需要你在得到他帮助之前就活出“完美星期天”的状态。让我告诉你一些关于上帝的事情：

Now it happened in the process of time that the king of Egypt died.Then the children of Israel groaned because of the bondage, and they cried out; and their cry came up to God because of the bondage.So God heard their groaning, and God remembered His covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob.And God looked upon the children of lsrael, and God acknowledged them. 一Exodus 2:23-25(boldface mine)

2:23 过了多年，埃及王死了。以色列人因做苦工，就叹息哀求，他们的哀声达于神。  2:24 神听见他们的哀声，就记念他与亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各所立的约。2:25 神看顾以色列人，也知道他们的苦情。（出埃及记2：23-25）

Do you know what God heard?He heard the groaning of the Israelites.Even if all you can muster up is a groan, God hears you.Just a groan will reach the throne.Your groan is a prayer that is so powerful because it makes nothing of man's eloquence and religious phraseology, and everything of your need for God's goodness and love.When the bondages in your life and burdens you bear are so heavy that all you can do is groan, your weakness attracts His grace.If you're conscious that you're tired, worn out, and feel helpless,He says to you,“My strength is made perfect in weakness”(2 Cor.12:9).

你知道神听到了什么吗？他听到了以色列人的叹息哀求。即使你只有一声叹息，神依然倾听你。一声叹息也可以达到宝座面前。你的叹息就是非常强有力的祷告，因为它不涉及人的口才和宗教用语，它是你对上帝的仁慈和爱的需要。当你你生活中的束缚和负担沉重到你只能叹息呻吟，你的软弱依然会吸引他的恩惠。如果你感到你累了，筋疲力尽，无助，祂在对你们说：“我的能力是在人的软弱上显得完全”（林后12：9）。

Even if all you can muster up is a groan,God hears you

即使你只有一声叹息，神也倾听你

But God didn't just hear the Israelites when they groaned.He also responded with seven “I wills”:"And l have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel whom the Egyptians keep in bondages, and I have remembered My covenant.Therefore say to the children of lsrael :“ I am the Lord;I will bring you out  from under the burdens of the Egyptians，I will rescue you from their bondge, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great judgments.I will take you as My people,and I will be your God.Then you shall know that I am the Lord your God who brings you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.And I will bring you into the land which I swore to give to Abraham, Isaac,and Jacob;and I will give it to you as a heritage:I am the Lord!”-Exodus 6:5-8(boldface mine)

神不只听了以色列人的叹息，他用七个“我要”作为回应：

“6:5 我也听见以色列人被埃及人苦待的哀声，我也记念我的约。6:6 所以你要对以色列人说：‘我是耶和华；我要用伸出来的膀臂重重地刑罚埃及人，救赎你们脱离他们的重担，不做他们的苦工。6:7 我要以你们为我的百姓，我也要作你们的　神。你们要知道我是耶和华你们的　神，是救你们脱离埃及人之重担的。6:8 我起誓应许给亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各的那地，我要把你们领进去，将那地赐给你们为业。我是耶和华。”（出埃及记6：5-8）

Today ,as you simply groan to God, hear Him declaring this to you in whatever situation you are facing:

今天，不论在任何情况下，只要你愿意向神叹息，他都会向你宣告如下的话语：

I will bring you out from under the burdens you are carrying.Whatever your burdens might be, whether it is the burden of guilt and shame, or the burden of debt,I will bring you out.I will rescue you from your  bondages.Whether the bondages you are facing are due to your own mistakes or pressed upon you by others,I will rescue you.I will redeem you and ransom you.I will take you as My people, and I will be your God.Then you shall know that I am the Lord your God, who frees you from your oppression.And I will bring you into the land I swore to give to Abraham, Isaac,and Jacob, and I will give it to you as a heritage.You can boldly receive ALL My promises to you because of what My Son has done 【see2 Cor.1:20】I give them all to you as your inheritance and possession.

我要把你从你背负的重担中救出来。不管你的负担是什么，不管是罪恶或羞耻，或是债务的负担，我都要把你拉出来。我要把你从枷锁中救出来。无论你的捆绑是由于你自己的错误还是别人加给你的，我都会救你出来。我要救赎你，恢复你。我要把你当作我的子民，我要做你的神。你们就知道我是耶和华你们的神，是救你们脱离压迫的神。我必将你们领进我起誓应许给亚伯拉罕，以撒，雅各之地，也要把这地赐给你们为业。你可以坦然无惧地接受我对你所有应许，这是因为我的爱子所做成的一切。【林后1：20】我将这一切都赐给你们，作为你们的产业。

Beloved, these are not just words on a page.The same Jesus who drew close to Elijah in the day of his depression， who traversed the Sea of Galilee for the demon-possessed man, and who walked with the two disciples in their sadness, is right now drawing close to you.Close your eyes and see Him coming toward you to wipe away your tears and bring you out from the burdens you are carrying. He wants you to cast all your cares, all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns on Him.Give Him all your fears, your hurts, your pains, your loneliness, depression.And in return, receive His peace that surpasses your human understanding and guards your heart and mind(see Phil.4:7).That's all God wants you to do.Why? Because He cares about you with deepest affection (see1Pet.5:7 AMP).Because He loves you.

神所爱的，这些并不只是写在纸上的文字而已。在以利亚沮丧的日子靠近他的耶稣，穿过加利利海医治被鬼附的人的耶稣，与两个处在悲伤情绪中的门徒同行的耶稣，现在正走近你。闭上你的眼睛，看着他朝你走来好擦去你的眼泪，把你背负的重压拿去。他希望你把你所有的在意的、焦虑的、烦恼的和你的一切关心的都抛给他。把你所有的恐惧、伤害、痛苦、孤独和沮丧都交给他。而你将领受他超理性的平安，并保守你的心怀意念（腓4：7）。这就是上帝想要你们做的。为什么呢？因为祂用最深切的爱关心你（见1彼得前书5：7）因为祂爱你。
