我们公司是卖商城系统的，一套代码给不同用户上架，之前就担心会因为代码重复，app相似度被拒，开始抱着试试的想法，okay，幸运的过了一个，以为苹果审核变松了，其实是正好是那段时间变松了，这段时间 2019.4.20左右，我跟另一个小伙伴又提了一个，结果。。。悲剧了，收到了2.1大礼包。
内容如下：

5.2.1 - Were not submitted by the legal entity that owns and is responsible for offering any services provided by the app
5.2.3 - Facilitate illegal file sharing or include the ability to save, convert, or download media from third party sources without explicit authorization from those sources
5.3.4 - Do not have the necessary licensing and permissions for all the locations where the app is used
Before we can continue with our review, please confirm that this app does not violate any of the above guidelines. You may reply to this message in Resolution Center or the App Review Information section in App Store Connect to verify this app’s compliance.

1.1.6：我们绝对没有包含任何的虚假信息和误导用户的功能，全都是真实的。
2.3.0：我们没有在通过后修改任何概念和功能。
2.3.1：我们没有切换到任何赌博或彩票的网站。
3.1.1：我们App并没有内购，只使用微信和支付宝支付。
3.2.1：我们是普通的电商 app ，不是金融贷款方面的 app。
4.3.0：我们的App内容不存在抄袭或者大量相似。
5.2.1：我们的App并没有法人实体和版权的风险。
5.2.3：我们没有在未经来源明确授权的情况下，促进非法文件共享或包括从第三方来源保存，转换或下载媒体的能力。
5.3.4：我们的App定位功能用在获取附近的商家列表，请点击“允许”以允许访问。若不允许，APP无法无法显示你所在的位置。

第二天app状态变为正在审核中。。。。。一直卡了一个周吧，又收到一封账号被调查邮件：

而且在账号调查期间不接受任何信息解释了，。。哈哈，这可咋办？
在调查了两三天后，app竟然过了。。。。。。。此经历分享给大家。
