Google's People Innovation Lab spent two years interviewing remote teams throughout the company. 39% of Google's teams are located in more than two cities, and 30% have to work across more than two time zones. The study suggested that teams should schedule meeting times that are convenient for everyone, and make sure that the cooperating technology is adequate. On an interpersonal level, it helps to foster real relationships, while clear rules should be laid out on things related to work and team organization.
谷歌的人才创新实验室花了两年时间去对话公司里的远程团队。谷歌39%的团队位于两个以上的城市,而30%的团队是在两个以上的时区里的。这个调查告诉我们,团队应该让会议时间对所有人都方便,并确保有足够的科技支持远程合作。从人与人的层面来说,建立真实的人际关系是很有帮助的,同时在工作和团队方面应有明确的规则。
