The rule of the universe is always fair. When you get what we desire, you need to give up some others. When you earn some, you have to pay for it.

For instance, I decide to be an early bird getting up. Accordingly,  I need to get to bed early. Otherwise, I will have insufficient sleep, or I will oversleep or feel sleepy the next day.

The same can be said about personal study and growth. When I choose to waste time watching unvalued videos and news, I lose time completing my schedule that would not work out the way I plan.

Again, It's easier said than done. No matter whether it is nowadays, or in the past time, this saying is always valid. Why do so many people out there fail to reach the bar though they have a big dream or a basket of plans in mind, I figure the biggest thing is about human nature- Laziness.

Some days I feel strong and motivated, and other times I'm sucked into the rabbit hole of awful self-control failure when my behavior doesn't get on the right track as I set up.

I beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past. Again and again, I'm still there.

Change, by all means, is never easy.  What I must do is to hold tight those lessons I'm convinced of and keep struggling.
