3.let sb do是给人有选择、主动的感觉，如：
The teacher let him do his homework.老师允许他做作业。
在学生有时间的情况下，想做什么都可以，但他选择了做作业。
4.have sb do有命令的意思在里面，如：
The boss often has them work for 14 hours a day.
老板经常要他们一天工作 14 个小时。
