samtools报错
现在samtools的版本已经在1.9以上了，但是conda安装的samtools版本依然是1.7，这是出现问题的根本原因。

然而这条路注定不平坦
解决samtools报错之后sambamba又撂挑子了

sambamba: error while loading shared libraries: libphobos2-ldc-shared.so.81: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
