Woo,SOFT is the soul to be a mother , to be a famle. It is not only to talk in patient, but also include wisdom in talking, keep learning, positive, modesty，confidence，great believe and love.
The son is asked to selecte one words which he proud of his farther as well, it is "generous ! " His farther Mr.zhang said the reason is because he seldom to reject her son's requirements. I forgot to double check with the son it is true or not, from my observation, his farther love his job, positive ,passion in profession and life, I guess it is the soul of genetous that 心有所属，心向太阳，it allow him to willing spending time with family. It is genoresty!
The language model is quite typcle as well. Wendy used to guide and encourage the son to follow some rule, such as be polite, be active in talk by saying"look at Sophia" "apply Chinese to answer it"" use two hands to take away stuff", MrZhang used to say No shyNoplay No move,don't jump,don't eat too much.... how Wendy applied the great conversation model? I guess it bebifts from her work as a sales manager.
I guess she used to give clear instructions instead of criticize, she said she try to gain opportunities for her teammembers to see big world, she sent team to attend yearly global exhibition, bcs she opened eyes and mind from it, she think she should on behalf a company to provid and creat a good everimont for team to do their best in their position .
