好了,目前对我来说冥想滴目的是醒了但还犯困的时候可以不用立刻起身忙活,其实有时候是躺着冥想三五分钟而已,感觉好狠多了。什么神奇殊胜人天感应law of attraction能量涌动梦感梦兆之类也不好多说,大家去翻佛经都告诉你全心全意念咒好得不得了。我相信至少一大早就念财神咒的人会比较有赚钱的信心,念文殊咒的人学习也会比较钻研,至少如此。
