March 21st is a special day in China lunar calendar.On this March 21st,I had an amazing encounter with some great and famous idols in the great school--Baoji High tech- Zone No.1 Middle School.
We got to the school at eight o'clock.The biting wind and air made Ms. Yin and Ms. Wu shiver and shiver.But professor Li looked food for us in the cold wind.He was a gentle host there. Several cups of soybean milk and steamed stuffed buns gave us warmth.
The real host,Direct Ge,ran to the gate to greet us.I knew her a long time ago,she is a goddess in my heart. When I saw her,I was sure that she is a real goddess. Her unique thoughts,appropriate expressions both attracted me. I can't help looking at her more.
Ms. Qin ,as a fellow-townsman,the organizer of the activity,She was busy arranging all kinds of work.Her sweet smile and the considerate care made us feel like at home.
Mr. Li,my master,is a hard-working professor.Through persistent learning,he achieved a breakthrough in English teaching.Now he is our leader and model.His report was about topic writing based on unit.His theories broke all of us .Researching and teaching are both important for teachers.Reading the new English Curriculum Standard is our main task.
Professor Yin, it's the first time for us to meet each other. But she is such an amiable person that I felt that We have ever met before.She is only two years older than me, but her professional ability is pretty super.She always gives us strong power.
Ms. Wei,Ms. Liu and Ms. Wu 's classes were so fantastic that I was intoxicated and forget to write notes.Oral English ,Teaching design,Body language, teaching wisdom...... Each of them is a super star for me.
For me, it's a great chance to learn. Although I did a lot to improve me,and many mentors gave me so much support and help,I am still so weak in English teaching,especially the Oral English.
Besides,I met three excellent English teachers,Ling , Xiaohong And Qian Ling ,they are our stars in Longxian.They have been our idols for many years.
That was an amazing journey for me to meet so excellent teachers And a real me. I think this is a beginning for me to open A new stage. In next ten years,What will I do? Where will I go?I must think them over .
草长莺飞三月天,相遇春分话教研。3月21日，时值农历节气春分，伴着料峭春风，我们第一次走进了宝鸡高新第一中学的校园。气质与优雅并存的葛主任热情迎我们在大门口，安静、整洁、雅致的校园，别致的校园文化、电梯文化让人耳目一新。高挑干练的秦靓，人如其名，青春靓丽，忙前忙后，周到细致。真有幸，还遇到了五年前一起培训过的吴老师，有种他乡遇故人的激动。
这一流的学校，是用效率说话的。早上四节课，我作为其中一名授课者，观课收获颇深:魏哲老师人小气场强大，还有娴熟的科技教学能力，让我佩服不已；长发及腰的刘蓉老师，沙哑的嗓子里发出的语音那么有磁性，每一个孩子都被牢牢吸引住，课堂容量大，且效率高；甜甜的吴蓉老师，大师范儿实足，往那一站，就如定海神针，所有的孩子包括听课老师的心都被她甜美的口语表达吸引着……四个小时，浑然不觉，这是怎样的一种心旅？
一点半，李老师高屋建瓴的秘制报告，将单元话题写作立体呈现，殷老师私房建议，条条干货，给教师的专业发展指点迷津……近乎三个小时，没有休息，没有离场，都恨光阴匆匆，意犹未尽！
这一场美丽邂逅，是春分里的完美馈赠，遇见卓越，遇见优秀，更遇见努力！我是一条毛毛虫，才刚刚苏醒，也注定步履缓慢，可我愿意缓缓行，浅浅嗅，品一路风光，越一路荆棘，去看不一样的世界！
