英语里最美的情话不是I love you，而是……

这个短语从字面上来解释呢，是一通电话的距离，当然这不是在强调距离有多远，而是表达希望对方在你需要的时候，一通电话就出现在你面前或者能够陪你聊聊天、说说话，不管多远。So the phrase ‘just be one (phone) call away' means: be available; be able to be reached; be accessible; be 'there' for someone, etc.

"I am a phone call away" means that although there may be a large physical distance between two people, if they talk to each other over the phone it will be as if they were close again. 尽管两个人实际的距离很远，但是一通电话就好像拉近了彼此。
