Nowadays, now and now teenagers are using cell phone，it has become an essential part of our lives. People have different opinions about teenagers use cell phone. In my view, cell phone can bring both benefits and drawbacks to teenagers.

Cell phones can help teenagers to broaden their horizons. With the development of economic globalization, students cannot be limited to learning from textbooks. By browsing information from the Internet, we can know the latest news in the world. When teenagers encounter some difficulties in learning, they can use the Internet to solve these problems. In addition, mobile phones can promote the communication between people. No matter how far apart, people can communicate face-to-face through video calls at any time. Also, teenagers can play video games in their leisure time.

However, cell phones can also bring some serious problems. Because some teenagers do not have self-control, they are easier to addicted to play video games. It will cause them not to concentrate on their studies and learning efficiency will decrease. Moreover, this will affect their physical health. When people use cell phone for a long time, the radiation emitted by mobile phone can hurt their eyes. Due to the variety of online information, teenagers may be attracted to some unhealthy websites. This directly affect their mental health.

In conclusion, although mobile phones can make teenagers to improve themselves, we should not abuse cell phone. Teenagers need to use their phones in spare time reasonably, so that they can benefit from it. (251 words)
