windows 下查看端口占用
打开CMD，输入下面命令查看指定端口（9001）的占用情况

最后一项的数字就是该进程的 PID
输入下面命令即可查看该PID对应的进程信息

根据 PID 杀死对应的进程，即可解除端口的占用

也可以使用任务管理器杀死对应的进程，打开任务管理器的快捷键：Ctrl + Shift + ESC
