1. Do you like running?
Well, honestly, I'm a big fan of jogging because as a type of cardio exercise, it can benefit our health immensely. But the environment here makes running less enjoyable due to air pollution and very limited space. I think if I want to do this sport, I might have to go to the gym instead.
2. Where do you usually go running?
Personally, if the weather is nice and the air is clear, I like to go jogging in an open-air area like a park, because I enjoy working out in the natural environment. However, if it's a winter morning or a terrible day, to avoid inhaling too much cold or dirty air, I will go to the gym and run on a treadmill.
3. Do you think running is a good way to stay healthy?
Actually, I suppose for young people, it's definitely a fantastic method to keep healthy because you don't have to have access to any expensive facilities or fancy equipment. All you need is just a pair of running shoes, so it's a really affordable workout. But for senior people, running too much may hurt their joints, so they should just run moderately.
