Our meeting on September 17th proved to be a very productive step toward strengthening management. In addition to getting a better understanding of why the management needs strengthening, we were successful in organizing three important subcommittees to get the work going. Please refer to the following bullets.

a) Eric will head the subcommittee responsible for handling market surveys.

b) Claire will head the subcommittee that will draft the initial proposal for the Vice President's office.

c) Eric will head a subcommittee that will evaluate the effectiveness of tracks.
