否定/疑问 -> be 动词跟情态动词同时出现的时候，使用最近的那个 ， 就近原则。

补充 ： 一般将来时 VS. 将来进行时 -> 先有相同点，因为只有有了相同点，才会有不痛点。 如果没有相同点，就没有可比性了。
一般将来时, 只是表示将来的事， 不是很确定的事情。
将来进行时，表示将来正在发生的事， 相对来说比较确定的时候使用。
