After the first week's reading, I find that author put "humanity and warmth" all through his book. For example, in chapter 8, he said that writers should make points by earnestness that readers will understand easily. Combining my social work study experience, the similarities of them are: I have to equip theories (words) to underpin my practice (writings); also, I should practice communicating skill and case-note making skill (clear and simply) frequently; last but not the lease, I still need patience to face difficulties and to improve myself.
