In this part, they discussed  this Cheese story together.  First, Michael shared his experience about how to put what he had learned from the story into use in his company. They all agreed that painting 'New Cheese' in their mind was important. Some one said they could use this in their personal life, such as letting go of old behavior instead of letting go of the relationship. 

I hope what I have learned from the story could either give me a new job state or save my family a lot of stress.
