if (!version.startsWith('iOS') && !version.startsWith('tvOS'))

修改为

if (!version.startsWith('com.apple.CoreSimulator.SimRuntime.iOS') && !version.startsWith('com.apple.CoreSimulator.SimRuntime.tvOS'))
