particular state. These terms are used independently of the voltage
level (high or low) that they represent.This manual assumes that the MPU on the MVME187 always
programs the CMMUs with big-endian byte ordering, as shown
below. Any attempt to use little-endian byte ordering will
immediately render the MVME187Bug debugger unusable. The terms control bit and status bit are used extensively in this
document to describe certain bits in registers. In all tables, the terms 0 and 1 are used to describe the actual value
that should be written to the bit, or the value that it yields when
