中文：不知不觉自学英语已经有将近一个月，新鲜感已经过了，热度有所减弱。在笑来老师的鼓励下，我还是坚持下来，只是最近有些天完成不了三小时的学习，心里有负罪感。每天三小时学习时间是必需的，唯有早起方能有保证。
我的译文：I study English on myself own unconsciously for almost a month,no feeling of freshness,the heat was reduced.Encouraged by xiaolai teacher,I insisting on,but someday I didn’t completed three hours that has sense of guilt in heart. 1.第一次录音后重播，发现朗读英语很不流利，结果99个汉字的译文整整录了2个小时。
2.主要问题是个别单词的读音不够熟练，录音时一段话总会有某个读错，重录了20遍左右。
3.经过这次长时间连续的学习，感觉专注度有提高，但还是分心了十几次。

中文：现在处于春节假期中，休闲的时间充裕，到海城区文体中心打了两个下午的气排球，感觉良好。适度运动非常有必要，可以提高人体的免疫力，同时放松平时紧绷的神经。我偏肥胖，打排球时灵活性不足，一传技术也不高，在球友中水平中等偏下。但经过近一年来的加强锻炼，水平有了较大的提高，接近中等水平。
我的译文：Now is the Spring Festival holiday and free time is enough,I go to the cultural and sports center of Haicheng District play gas volleyball over two afternoon and feeling better. Moderate exercise is very necessary,it can enhance the immune system of the human body,at the same time,relax the usually tense nerves. My body is fat,lack of flexibility when playing velleyball,and first pass technology is not high either,the level is moderately lower in the ball friends. But I increase exercise at last year,the level has improve more,near by the moderate level.
