这周口语练习比较少，在分享单词的过程当中，因为晚上睡得比较晚，经常出现混乱的情况，日期错了好几回。
白天上下班时间进行英语泛听，培养习惯，希望下周可以继续努力，在此基础上增加一些量。
上周因为没有及时复盘，做了视频自我介绍分享，也算是一次新的尝试，感谢有机会可以就在这里跟大家一起学习。
每一周都会有不一样的规则，不断的前进，跟着白雪老师随步伐。
