小程序模板消息即将被废弃掉，于是有了新接口wx.requestSubscribeMessage
订阅消息文档

一，首先我们需要进入到微信公众平台进行配置我们所需要的消息模板，这大家都懂

三：调用接口下发订阅消息

详见服务端消息发送接口 subscribeMessage.send

首先我们需要获取用户 openid 、access_token
openid如何获取在另外一篇文章里有些，也简单 //www.greatytc.com/p/5c5ac2bd9788

如何获取access_token 微信官方也提供了对应接口 详见官方文档

好吧，我这里也附上获取access_token代码
