Part 1: Writing helps me to recover
'I don't know why I am suddenly depressed. Inertia is my guide. My dormitory is full of guilt. I have to go out to get some fresh air. I have to do something. I have to prepare for my final graduation exam.' I wrote them when I was a little bit overwhelmed.
These days I almost lost motivation. I got up early and regularly read out loud. But I knew something wrong with me. It seemed that I ddidn't have a clear goal. I didn't know what I could do. I didn't even know what kind of person I wanted to be. So I wasted much time on unimportant things, such as watching NBA Finals and movies. It has been the toughest time since I was born.
I have to let so much negative emotion out. So I write down what I think about. It makes feel better now. I have grounded hope that if I I can make action, I can make things better. Life is about to learn to get along with our emotion.
Part 2: Three moments of joy

Moment 1: It was a sunny day, I read English text out loud in the morning.
Moment 2: I did 65 pull ups in total. I like the feeling of being strong.
Moment 3: I found a interesting website through which I can directly download youtube videos.
