I am Li Hua.I feel sorry to trouble you but I am adraid that I have to make a complaint about the poor service of your waitress.
It was when I went to your shop to buy some clothes on May 2th that I had an annoying experience.I turned to the waitress,Miss Wang,for help after I failed to find a suitable cloth for myself.She said rudely to me that I should do it on my own because she was busy.I told her that I would not ask her for help if I had found.What made me angrier is her words coming next that your failure of finding a suitable one means there is no cloth suitable for you.
Feeling unsatisfied and angry,I wouldn't put up with it any more.And I would like to have this matter settled as soon as possible.Looking forward to your reply.
