Actually it is a little boring while I still read it and I almost finished it.

Some of the words that can give me different opinions about dopamine. Yep, it is like a task you need to bear it such as how boring it is while it still has some interesting things you need to learn and understand.

When I know about the dopamine how to control my thought and my life I gradually reduce the time which spend on the game.

I can persuade myself trying to focus on the reading rather than to regret when I play the games.

And now I will change my thought about that book Greedy Dopamine.
