“张萌萌姐个人品牌训练营”复盘 最好的礼物 邱吉坤

        在很久以前天上有一个守护智慧树的小仙女，一天上神来到她的面前说：你已经在智慧树下修行千年，是时候去完成你的使命了，去人间传播智慧。于是小仙女带上了很多很多智慧树的叶子踏上的修行的旅程，她遇到了一个人，真诚的把代表智慧的绿叶送给了那个人，她正要开口讲话时，那个人看了看，觉得一片叶子而已，随手丢掉扬长而去。仙女很伤心，为这个人感到惋惜，接着她有遇到一个人，真诚的送给他一片叶子，那人觉得叶子很是精美漂亮，好像和普通的叶子不一样，于是仙女开始给他讲道理，没讲一会，那人又看到了不远的地方围了好多人，就跑去凑热闹了，仙女摇摇头，对这个人表示遗憾，但是她并没有气馁并且不辞辛苦的接着去找第三第四个人第N个人......她又找到一个人，真诚的送给他一片叶子，给他讲了很多道理，那人听得极其认真从日出到日落，他学到了很多人生智慧，带着满满的收获感谢了仙女后踏上了他的践行智慧真理之路。

        时光如梭，认识萌姐也有五个多月了，参加萌姐的个人品牌训练营也两个多月了，我想说学习了自我管理课和萌姐个人品牌训练营我得到的最好的礼物就是：意识觉醒，认知升级！

       下面具体分享一下最近和萌姐学习所得，给自己做复盘的同时与异类伙伴们共勉。

        第一：早起。对于一个三十多年没有早起多的人，居然也可以坚持早起150天（不小心泄露了年龄），因为有了早起的时间，开始修炼2018年的硬本领英语。保证每天至少有一个半小时的学习英语的时间。在5月初的行业展会和后续几天的国外客人来看厂中我自己已经看到的显著的效果。

        第二：知道了个人品牌的概念和做个人品牌的方法，任何事情都有成功的高效方法，举个小例子，通过学习我知道的个人形象的重要性，专门拍了自己的形象照，开始有意识的做自我形象管理，值得惊喜的是我最近几个月成功减重19斤！周围朋友一直反馈觉得我更职业了。

        第三：通过学习已经逐步在外贸圈子里积极活跃起来，学会了链接更多资源，不断在学习、分享与践行自己的外贸成长之路！

        第四：有个意外惊喜，因为懂得如何利用个人品牌推销自己，还成交了一个新客户！一个很有非常好的开始。

         第五：我的改变也影响了我的家人，老公现在每周都会和我一起去健身运动，让生活变得更健康，这个在我们家算是一个奇迹哦！我的5岁的儿子看每天早上我都很早起来学英语，他也开始欣然接受我对他的英语启蒙教育。

        每一个伟大都有一个勇敢的开始，萌姐已经把智慧树的叶子真诚的交给了你，你是想做第一种永远叫不醒的人呢？或者第二种浅尝辄止的人？还是第三种顿悟者？请伙伴们在认真思考的同时开始行动，有了清醒的自我认知和强大的行动力你将一往无前。

   A long time ago, there was a fairy who guarded the wisdom tree . One day the overpowers said to her: You have been practicing under the tree of wisdom for one thousand years . It is time to complete your mission and spread wisdom to the world. So the fairy took on the spiritual journey with leaves of wisdom tree. She met a man and sincerely gave a leaf to that person. When she has just began to speak, the man interrupted her speech and looked at the leaf , he say it’s just leaf and then go away. The fairy was very sad and felt pity for this man. Then she met another man and sincerely gave him a leaf. The man felt that the leaf were beautiful and special,  and the fairy began to talk with him. Just said a moment. The man saw a lot of people not far away and ran for fun. The fairy shook her head and regretted to this person, but she was not discouraged and found the third and more people... She found another person and gave him a leaf sincerely She told him a lot of truth. The man listened very seriously. From sunrise to sunset, he learned a lot of life wisdom, with its full harvest, he thanked the fairy and commit himself to  path of practising wisdom.

Time flies, I know Christina has been more than five months . It took more than two months to participate in personal brand training camp. I would like to say that I got the best gift is: consciousness awakening, cognitive upgrading!

Let's share the details of what I learned recently from personal brand study. And share with my lovely partners.

The first is to get up early. For a person who hasn't gotten up early for more than 30 years, I can insist on getting up early for 150 days (accidentally leaking my age).And then start practicing my hard skills- English. Guarantee at least one and a half hours a day to learn English. I have already seen significant results in the industry exhibition in early May and the follow-up days of foreign guests to see our factory .

The second is to understand the concept of personal branding and how to do. Anything has an effective method to success. To take a small example,, I took Professional image photo. Consciously doing self-image management, it is worth surprise that I have successfully lost about 10 kilos in recent months! Feedback from my friends I become more  professional.

The third is I active in the foreign trade circle frequently, I learn to link more resources,, share and practice my growth path of foreign trade!

The fourth,it’s an unexpected surprise,I through a personal brand make a deal! A very good start.

The fifth is that my change has also affected my family. My husband is going to exercise with me every week. That is is a miracle in our family! My 5-year-old son saw me getting up early in the morning to learn English. He also began to accept the enlightenment I give him.

Every greatness has a brave start. Christina already given you the wisdom leaf, are you ready receive? Do you want to be the first person who will never wake up? Or the second man of person who tastes nothing? Or a third one-the savvy? Dear friends start their actions while thinking hard. With sober self-awareness and strong action, you will be moving forward.
